Casa Magnolia was founded as a tribute to Magnolia — a mother and grandmother whose kitchen and home were always filled with warmth, tradition, and love. What began as generational recipes shared within the family has grown into a modern catering and events concept rooted in Colombian heritage and inspired by global flavors.

We are a mother–daughter duo who believe food is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together. Every menu we create is guided by intention, care, and a deep respect for tradition, while embracing creativity and thoughtful evolution.

With a lifetime rooted in family cooking and over 8 years of hands-on kitchen experience, Lina brings depth, intuition, and care to every dish she creates.

Her cooking is inspired by tradition—recipes passed down, flavors remembered, and moments shared around the table. Every plate reflects her attention to detail and her belief that food is an expression of love.

At Casa Magnolia, Lina leads the culinary vision, transforming simple ingredients into meaningful, elevated experiences.

With over 8 years of experience in hospitality and a background in restaurant operations and business administration, Nathalie brings a strategic yet heartfelt approach to every aspect of Casa Magnolia.

Driven by a passion for growth and community, she blends innovation with tradition—ensuring every experience feels intentional, seamless, and memorable.

Her vision is to expand Casa Magnolia beyond catering, building a brand that connects with people through meaningful food, thoughtful service, and unforgettable moments.
